This recipe is a fun twist on the popular Dragon Bowl. It has affectionately been named the Dino Bowl by participants in the HEAL Wellness Challenge who enjoyed it so much.

Ingredients:
1 head broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 chicken breasts,boneless skinless
drizzle of olive oil
salt, pepper & cayenne
Sauce:
½ cup nutritional yeast
1 TBSP tamari
2 TBSP tahini
2 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP maple syrup
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
⅓ cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
Chop broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces
Drizzle with a tiny bit of olive oil or cooking oil
Place on baking sheets, lined with parchment paper
Cook for 15 minutes on one side, then turn and cook another 15 min on the other
When done, change oven to 350F
Sprinkle a bit of salt, pepper & cayenne on the chicken breasts
Bake chicken for 30 minutes on a baking sheet with parchment paper
Meanwhile, combine all sauce ingredients: nutritional yeast, tamari, tahini, olive oil, maple syrup, cayenne and water.
Once cooked, chop into bite size pieces and mix in with broccoli and cauliflower
I recommend adding a TBSP or two of sauce when you are eating it, rather than in advance
