I made this recipe live on CTV the other day for a segment I did on Food Sensitivities (click here to watch it), and since strawberries are in season, it's the perfect spring shake.
1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 TBSP flax seed
1.25 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk
handful spinach (this will change the colour)
1 scoop Genuine Health Fermented Vegan Proteins+
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Throw all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
