A little reminder about your smoothies. It is intentional that there is very little fruit in the smoothies. This is important in balancing blood sugar. If you’re doing lots of exercise, you can up it, but for the average person who is relatively sedentary, this is enough and the protein powder will help sweeten it.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • ⅛-1/4 cucumber
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 TBSP hemp hearts
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • Optional: 1-2 ice cubes if you want it cold

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
