I’ve had this recipe as an appetizer a number of times, but never even thought to make it a snack recipe! Usually, this recipe has cream cheese below it, but I find with the dijon and dill, you don’t even need it.

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1 packaged smoked salmon
1 TBSP dijon
handful fresh dill
Optional: capers
Directions:
Slice cuucmbers
Spread some dijon on cucumber
Top with a piece of smoked salmon, dill and a caper if you like
