Have you tried moringa powder? Goodness Me recently sent me a package of SuperLeaf MoringaPlus. I had heard of moringa but never used it before.
Moringa oleifera is actually a tree native to parts of Asia and Africa. Though it’s a tree, it’s typically the leaves that are consumed whole or as a powder. In this case, SuperLeaf MoringaPlus is a powder, and has acerola cherry extract powder, vitamin C and organic high vitamin D mushroom powder added to it for an extra kick!
According to SuperLeaf, one serving of MoringaPlus contains:
It’s rich in antioxidants and may lower blood sugar levels - though this has only be tested on mice, not humans.
Just add 1-2 tsp to your morning smoothie. I would start slowly (1/3 or 1/2 tsp to start) and work your way up to the full dosage.
