Have you ever found yourself starving, but empty handed? It's not pleasant when the hunger hits and you have to grab something when you're out or you have to starve until you're home. Being gluten free, I'm grateful there are more options than there used to be to grab something on the go, but if I can, I'll try to have planned out my snack in advance. After all, meal planning properly just keeps you on track.
One snack I've been LOVING and always have one or two in my purse are Nomz Energy Bites. Mid afternoon is when I sometimes crave a sweet something, especially of the chocolate variety, and these snacks literally STOP a craving in its tracks.
